Biography

Fisseha Shiferie holds a PhD in Public Health/Pharmacoepidemiology from Addis Ababa University, an MPH from EHESP, France, and MPharm and BPharm degrees from Addis Ababa and Mekelle Universities. With over 15 years of experience in health systems, research, program management, and academia, he has worked with research organizations, international NGOs, governments, and academic institutions in Ethiopia, France, South Sudan, and Uganda. His expertise spans infectious diseases, RMNCAH-N, immunization, monitoring and evaluation, research, data management, and knowledge translation. He has contributed to major national research initiatives, including zero-dose immunization studies, and has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in leading international journals.
