Biography

Fanghua Qin, RN, MSN, is the Deputy Director of Nursing at Hunan Children’s Hospital and a Board Member of the Hunan Nursing Association. She leads pediatric nursing education, research development, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the institution. Her academic work focuses on pediatric nursing ethics, moral distress, and culturally grounded models of clinical decision-making. She has overseen multiple provincial research projects and contributed to advancing evidence-based pediatric nursing practice in China. Her recent scholarship explores how Confucian relational ethics shape nurses’moral experiences, aiming to inform culturally responsive interventions that strengthen ethical climates and support nurses’ well-being.
