Biography

Courtney Palm, LMFT, is a pediatric sleep specialist and the founder of Palm Pediatric Training Institute (PPTI). She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and has worked in the field since 2005. Courtney has extensive experience in child development, early intervention, trauma counseling, and pediatric sleep intervention. She completed a three-year clinical internship at the Child Development Institute in California and holds certifications in DIR/Floortime, the Neuro-Sequential Model of Therapeutics, and the Babies/Pre-Steps Model of Intervention. Through PPTI, she provides specialized training for pediatric professionals, focusing on inclusive, whole-child approaches to sleep intervention for children with developmental and special healthcare needs.
