Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from São Paulo State University (UNESP), master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences from the same institution, and Ph.D. from the School of Physical Education and Sport at the University of São Paulo (USP), including a visiting doctoral research period (PDSE-CAPES) at the Department of Psychology, Umeå University, Sweden, in 2013. Postdoctoral research on the development of early communication and mother–infant interaction at McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine in Montreal, Canada (2023–2024). Full Professor at Universidade Paulista (UNIP), teaching in the Physical Education program from 2004 to 2025 and in the Medicine program since 2022. Since 2026, also involved in the Academic and Administrative Management of the Medicine Program at UNIP. Member of the Motor Action and Intervention Study Group (GEDAIM-USP) and the Multidisciplinary Care for Individuals with Multiple Disabilities Research Group at UNIP, Santana de Parnaíba.
