Biography

Kristina Islamova was born on September 12,1981 in Saint-Petersburg,Russia. studied medicine at Pediatric Medical University in Saint Petersburg. She graduated from university in 2004 and entered pediatric residency. Afterward, she specialized in neonatology. Since 2012, she have been working as a neonatologist at  Almazov National Medical Research Centre in Saint-Petersburg. Her immediate professional goal is to complete and defend doctoral dissertation. Kristina Islamova married and have two children. She passionate about traveling. She is an independent rescue volunteer, she remove stray dogs from harmful street environments, rehabilitate them and manage their successful rehoming.
