We welcome speaker proposals! To apply, please submit your speech outline in the form of an abstract following the Abstract submission link: https://www.pediatrics.irisscientificgroup.com/abstract-submission

Each Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for their presentation, including a Q&A session.

Each Poster Presenter will have 10-15 minutes for their presentation, including a Q&A session.

The official language of the conference is English.

Translators will not be provided during presentations. However, you may bring your own translator if needed.

Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the conference.

Neo Care 2026 is a fully virtual/online conference. There is no physical venue — all participants join online from anywhere in the world.

Since Neo Care 2026 is a fully virtual event, no travel or accommodation is required. All sessions can be accessed online from wherever you are.

Yes, we encourage participation from individuals not presenting by offering a Listener/Delegate category.

You will receive your payment receipt from the conference manager within 2 to 4 business days. For any further inquiries, please contact pediatrics@irisscientificgroup.org

Yes, we offer an early bird discount of 10-15% for registrations completed before the Early Bird Deadline.

As Neo Care 2026 is a fully virtual event, attendees and presenters do not need a visa or any travel documentation to participate. All sessions will be accessible online from anywhere in the world.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the contact@irisscientificgroup.com  

• Up to 90 days prior to arrival - Full refund less $ 100 handling fee

• Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 70% refund less $ 100 handling fee

• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - No refund (but applicable to the upcoming event).

• The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.

• Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference

• Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is cancelled/postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or terrorism, strikes or hostilities.

• If the venue cannot open due to government restrictions the conference will proceed virtually.

Iris Scientific Group reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings at any time and for whatever reason, the conference is being postponed, cancel or the dates being changed, In any case, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the delegate such as accommodations, flights, transportation costs, or financial losses. The organization will provide you with notice of the same (postpone or cancellation) and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of your choice.
